DAY 27-29

Well, it appears the gentlemen are leaving the valleys of California.

They were welcomed with ice tea and cats at vacation home along the tour route (yes, we know the irony of a tea kept cold by a refrigerator while on a zero emission tour).

James did, however, learn to use a solar cooker.

DAY 18 – 20

HOMECOMING! The gents rolled through Davis, California, and what we thought was going to be the smallest crowd of the tour. We were pleasantly surprised and grossly wrong!

Then, on to Sacramento and the hometown reading. This was the largest crowd thus far and boy did we move some books!

Now, it is off to the state capital this morning to get some congrats from Senator Stienberg and then onto Portland!
